The essence of Sardino Red Vermouth is made in earthenware jars, where a selection of 24 plants, flowers and botanicals are macerated with wine alcohol and spring water. Afterwards, it is topped with a selection of their best red wine and the corresponding caramel, always following the traditional way of making a classic vermouth.

Mahogany red in colour, this is a Spanish-style sweet vermouth with notes of vanilla, chamomile, and cinnamon. Sardino Rojo has a slightly saline touch, perfect as an accompaniment to fish and seafood, as well as rice dishes, and preserves.

We recommend serving in the Spanish style over ice with green olives and a slice of orange.
