Only Bitters - Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order when you receive it and enjoy preparing many a good cocktail! On the rare occasions that we don't get it right, here is how you can go about it.

WHAT can be returned?
You may return items for a repair, refund, or exchange only if the items are damaged or otherwise not as described. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please select carefully.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns for products arriving damaged must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items are to be returned to Only Bitters via a return parcel label that you will need to print and affix to the parcel. The return label will be emailed to you once we have discussed the problem and agreed on the solution.

HOW do customers return items?
It is important to re-pack the items carefully using the original box and the enclosed packing materials to prevent further damage.

SHIPPING for returns?
Returns are only for items that are damaged or otherwise not as described, and Only Bitters will provide the postage label and cover the postage cost for these returns.

CREDIT for returns?
Upon receipt of the returned item, the customer will receive a credit or refund as agreed.
