Muddle ginger beer syrup into mint leaves and add all liquid ingredients over ice, garnish with lime wedge, cheers!

2 ounces Bourbon
5 ounces soda water
1 ounce Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup
2 cucumber slices
2-4 jalepeno slices(to spice preference)

Muddle ginger beer syrup into cucumber and jalepeno slices, add remaining liquid ingredients over ice, squeeze lime wedge, kick back!

Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tablespoon Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 cup oil, olive
1/2 teaspoon oil, sesame
black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well.
Store in refrigerator for a short period.
Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef, or vegetable chunks.
