La Maison Noilly Prat is nestled in the enchanting port of Marseillan in the South of France. The Noilly Prat Vermouth is made thanks to a traditional craft, from the outdoor ageing process (only applies to Original Dry and Extra Dry) to the unique maceration process known as the dodinage (stirring by hand).
