Roasted Pineapple and a touch of cinnamon lends extra depth to this tropical classic.

30ml Tiki Lover's Pineapple Rum

30ml Heirloom Pineapple Amaro

30ml Belsazar Rielsing Edition Vermouth

2 Dashes Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters

2 Dashes Crude Tropi 500 Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir over ice. Strain over a large icecube in a Double Old-Fashioned glass and garnish pineapple and a Maraschino cherry.
