Bittermens House Gin & Tonic
Build in a highball glass filled with ice:
2 ounces of Beefeater Gin
1/4 ounce Maraschino
2 dashes Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
4-6 ounces Tonic Water (Boylan’s, Fevertree or Schweppes Indian Tonic)
Stir and serve with a lemon twist
