The second vermouth in the Martini & Rossi range, first introduced in 1900. A blend of Trebbiano wine from Emilia Romagna and Catarratto wine from Sicily, aromatic herbs, fragrant fruit, exotic woods and captivating spices.
Martini & Rossi's dry vermouth is both light and dry, with a fresh sweetness. A floral bouquet greets the nose, followed by a fruity and tart palate of berries and lemons. Intended for its use in gin or vodka martinis, this vermouth goes down a treat when paired with a full flavoured base spirit, if not as eye catching as some more intensely flavoured vermouths.
Use when a dry vermouth is called for, e.g. in a vodka martini.
PLEASE NOTE: It is OnlyBitters view that you should refrigerate vermouth after opening.
