Ischia Sapori is the Italian island’s one and only liqueur factory and home to the famous Rucolino, made from the large leaf wild grown rocket. Amaroncello takes Rucolino and blends it with Limoncello, creating a lighter Amaro.

Rich, peppery spice backed up by zippy lemon peel. Sweeter than Rucolino but still full of rocket bitterness.

Serve from the freezer over ice. Ideal for use in cocktails. Try substituting it when other Amari where called for. Makes a delightfull Black Manhattan when paired with Rye Whisky.
