Handcrafted in batches of 100 bottles, our Native Australian Amaro is characterised by a forward sweetness followed by a deep, earthy bitterness with hints of citrus and native gums. Macerated in 10 native Australian botanicals including cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle, Mountain pepper-berry and lemon scented gum.
We recommend drinking neat with a twist of orange.
As they started learning about the process of spirit production, the Distillers were astounded by the amount of resources required to produce a bottle of liquor. By using native species of Australian botanicals, Autonomy Distillery can support local businesses, local farmers and reduce food miles and associated fossil fuels. Instead of peeling whole fruits, they collect citrus peels left over from Market Juice Co after they're done squeezing fresh juice.
