A blend of Pinot Gris from the Adelaide Hills and Grenache from the Riverland with epic crunch from skin contact on the Pinot Gris and enough Grenache to make you think you've eaten watermelon sugar. Alongside Rosella from the tropical Australian north and Davidson Plum for some zip and grip and some strawberry gum for uplifted aromatics. Blended with both fresh and dried wormwood for a fresh drop of herbals, Unico Rosa is about to give you 10 minutes of pure fire... until you pour yourself another!

As winemakers, Laura and Brendan are incredibly passionate about the soil and produce we have here in Australia. It's their aim to showcase products to the rest of the world that embrace Australian native ingredients and pay homage to the custodianship of the indigenous people who have maintained the land for thousands of years.
