Country of origin:   Australia        Alcohol content: 30% Alcohol by Volume

For tens of thousands of years First Peoples on this land have understood the flavours in the wood, leaves and fruit of the plants that Pundi produce harvest and press for oil to craft our bitters – a legacy of deep knowing that we believe is the root of the land and the people in our Riverland community.

These three bold bitters speak of provenance, of earth and origin.

Head distiller Rose Kentish, of Full Circle Spirits, lets the plants do the talking with her original layering of flavours to enhance your cooking experience and elevate the contents of any glass – warm smoked Wood, air in the Leaves and tangy Fruit.

The first of their kind to hero entirely indigenous Australian botanicals, our bitters invite you to understand the abundance of country, and the protection, nourishment and new life our plants yield.

Around a gentian root bitters base, plants grown on Pundi’s 17 acre regenerative aquaponic farm, and sourced from respected small South Australian growers.

The gentian binds the unique elements of the tree on which Pundis thriving permaculture ops depend, the fresh oils from wood, leaves and fruit suspended in neutral spirit in the age-old art of bitters-making.

All natural with no added sugar. Intended to add a few drops to mineral water as a non-alcoholic beverage or for use in

About Pundi Produce:

Farmer Dominic Smith is the face of Pundi Produce in the Riverland.

The business, which was established in 2014, was cultivated by Dominic’s love of working outside and a desire to produce, market and distribute the highest quality native food he could grow.

In the past, Dominic farmed commercial crops, but switched to natives because of the overall sustainability of the native food industry and its connection to his indigenous roots.

Passionate about conservation and land management, Dominic grows most of his produce using aquaponics. Crops using this method are much less taxing on the environment, using less water, land and labour than traditional agriculture.

However, growing native food has also became a vehicle to pursue another passion, providing opportunities for young indigenous people in his community.

Dominic intends to use his farm as a learning ground, where participants can acquire farm skills and one day, be able to apply them to their own properties.
