A Jerez vermouth made from old Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry combined with 27 botanicals to produce a wonderful sweet vermouth.

Taste: Dark mahogany with citric, herbal notes of aged sherry on the nose. Sweet and slightly bitter with a smooth finish. An aperitif with olives and roasted almonds.

Serve over ice with orange peel.

Fantastic in Manhattans and Negronis.

About the winery:

Jan Pettersen is master of production and ageing of fine, unblended, untreated sherries. This Vermouth is the latest treasure to come out of the Fernando de Castilla stable.

Their sherries are made from the finest wines, these range from the pale, light and elegant Finos to the unique Antique sherries and have received numerous international awards. The brandies are made using only alambic distillates of selected white wines: primarily aged in new French and American oak and subsequently for long periods in sherry ageing barrels.

PLEASE NOTE: It is OnlyBitters view that you should refrigerate Vermouth after opening.
