Cocchi Americano Rosa is an aromatised wine produced in Piemonte, Italy. Its brilliant colour is completely natural, coming from the Brachetto d’Acqui base wine, sourced locally. Notes of wild roses, summer berries, ginger, citrus and a delicate bitterness from gentian root and cinchona bark.

Enjoy with soda, tonic or in a Boulevardier, Bamboo, or Blush Martini. Can be used as a sweeter subsitute for Fino sherry.

About Cocchi:

Founded by Giulio Cocchi in the Asti region of Piedmont, Italy, Cocchi has continuously produced wine since 1891. First working as a pastry chef in Florence, Giulio Cocchi moved to Asti and began making aromatised wine in the Piedmontese style. His wines proved to be very popular, prompting the opening of Cocchi tasting bars in Turin and as far away as Caracas, Venezuela. Today Cocchi remains a paragon of aromatised wine production.
