Founded in 2021 by partners in business, life & love,Sally & Emma, Gipplsand Salt Co. was born from a love of Margarita's & sunshine.

Sally has over 30 years experience retail management & is currently a commercial real estate agent in Sale.
Emma has worked in many hospitality venues in Sale over the years, as a barista, restaurant manager & chef. Currently she is the Executive Chef of The Criterion Hotel, Sale.

During ongoing lockdowns Emma & Sally decided to take this passion & turn it into a side hustle. With their first orders going out in early September 2021, the company has taken off since. They now have over 15 stockists.

They use as much local produce as they can from the beautiful Gunaikurnai Country we live on & are proud to show off Gippsland.
