Crafted from the Polish Hill River Gewurztraminer and fortified with unused spirits from the Applewood distillery, Økar Tropic is aromatised with oranges to create a vibrant, tropical cousin to the vermouth otherwise known as a Mistelle.

Designed with a lazy summer evening spritz in mind, this toned down and refreshing version of the original Økar places it’s titular oranges front and centre, with a hint of almost effervescent refreshing acidity.

Mix with soda, tonic, sparkling wine, or anything else with bubbles for a fruity summer drink!

As winemakers, Laura and Brendan are incredibly passionate about the soil and produce here in Australia. It's their aim to showcase products to the rest of the world that embrace Australian native ingredients and pay homage to the custodianship of the Indigenous people who have maintained the land for thousands of years.
