Flavours:

Riberry  The Riberry is the fruit of a variety of the Lilly Pilly tree, a common backyard bush.  Its berry has an aromatic, sweet and tart, clove-like essence that gives the Shrub a rich and flavourful note.  Riberry Shrub has won a gold medal in the 2012 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, and a bronze medal in the 2012 and 2013 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards.

Rainforest Lime  Australia's Rainforest Lime has a vibrant lime flavour that wakes up your taste buds.  Tart and 'bright' is an accurate description of its intense citrus taste.  Its characteristic 'tang' gives the Shrub a refreshing zest.  Rainforest Lime Shrub has won a bronze medal at the 2013 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards.
