Earthy turmeric and floral tulsi blend with the woodsy bite of Hudson Valley spicebush, giving Eastern spices a local twist. A few drops add an aromatic complexity to classic whisky and rum cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned or a Mai Tai.

About The Hudson Standard:
The idea for The Hudson Standard came when a few friends started talking about the handcrafted bitters trend on the west coast. By 2012, they were exploring making their bitters in the Hudson Valley.
Their business soon became a commitment to the region, the ingredients in their bitters and shrubs are almost entirely sourced from the Hudson Valley. Working with local farms was exciting – these days, there is such an openness to new ideas about crops, production, sustainability and cooperative ventures. The Hudson Standard is a welcome convergence between the cocktail revolution and the “farm to table” movement.
Last year, they made a late summer batch of Pear Honey Ginger Shrub and Ginger Bitters. Both were so well received that they quickly ran out. This season they’ve added new flavors: a classic Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub, a late summer Apple Coriander Maple Shrub as well as a bright, citrusy Spruce Shoot Bitters and Hudson Valley Celery Bitters. They are also working hard in their test kitchen to create more flavors. The tag line for The Hudson Standard is “Raise your glass!”
