Loch Gin (200ml)
Made in the traditional English Dry Gin style by locals Craig Johnson & Mel Davies in Loch, Victoria only 90 minutes from Melbourne. This is a traditional gin akin to Plymouth Gin. Local Juniper and traditional botanicals are used when available. This gin is delicious and pairs perfectly with SinKoNah Tonic syrup, it’s how it’s served at Loch’s own cellar door!
Sin-Ko-Nah Tonic Syrup (250ml)
Originating in New Zealand, and now also being made in Melbourne, Sin-ko-nah tonic syrup is made with care and handcrafted with locally grown citrus ... and local juniper when available. One of the characteristics they sought to create in the product are minimal sugar levels - two of the family are type 2 diabetics. They wanted to create a delicious, adult mixer drink that contained no artificial sweetener and are proud to have done so.
Mr Bitters Pink Grapefruit & Agave Bitters (30ml)
Mister Bitters is Australia's first bitters company based in Melbourne. Created for the mutual love of bitters by the guys behind Lily Blacks cocktail bar and us at OnlyBitters.com. A bitter citrus and agave blend that characteristically works well with tequila and gin for a dryer mouth feel.

The delicious cocktail was introduced by the army of the British East India Company in India. In India and other tropical regions, malaria was a persistent problem. In the 1700s it was discovered that quinine could be used to prevent and treat the disease, although the bitter taste was unpleasant. British officers in India in the early 19th century took to adding a mixture of water, sugar, lime and gin to the quinine in order to make the drink more palatable. Soldiers in India were already given a gin ration, and the sweet concoction made sense. Since it is no longer used as an antimalarial, tonic water today contains much less quinine, is usually sweetened, and is consequently much less bitter.
