We can ship to any address in Australia. We use Australia Post parcel service as well as a range of other couriers. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a collection card will be left in your post box advising you of the nearest Post Office or other outlet where it will be held for you to pick up. Please make sure you take your ID in order to pick up the parcel. Liquor Licensing / Delivery of Liquor information is at the bottom of this page.
Signature: Parcels to Australian addresses can only be left without signature if requested by the customer, and if the order does not contain alcohol. All other orders will require a signature. All international parcels require a delivery signature. For international orders, we use Australia Post Express Courier International.

As an alternative to postal delivery, we offer a parcel pick-up option from our shop in FITZROY, Melbourne. We will contact you with instructions for collection usually within 24-48 hours.
US/CANADA Customers: Sorry - no spirits, liqueurs or vermouths can be ordered from this site. Bitters and non-alcoholic items... go for it!
International shipping charges are calculated by weight. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and applicable taxes on the importation of alcohol. Only Bitters is not responsible for these potential additional costs.
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently 10%, is built into our prices. This will be deducted off the total price at the time of charging for all international orders.
We use Australia Post Express Courier International service. Please allow for 4-7 working days for the arrival of your parcel. However, some customers do experience delays due to their countries' customs offices. If your order does not arrive within 7 days, please contact us to investigate.

You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, if the items are damaged or otherwise not as described. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please select carefully. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or simply, Contact Us.
