The Rum & Raisin from Rum Diary Spiced is a new limited release for winter 2019, with only 400 bottles produced.
This spiced Rum is the result of naturally macerating sultanas raisins, mulatto chilli, lavender, liquorice root, wattle seed, cacao and coffee in Rum Diary's premium Trinidad rum. Warming and nostalgic, with a sweetness reminiscent of a dessert wine or PX.
Rum Diary Spiced is Melbourne based but sources ingredients from all around the world to produce their range of spiced rums and bottled cocktails.
