Tasting notes:

Warm mulled stone fruit yet light, fresh ripe plum flesh and skin, stewed blueberry, no acidicty, slight sweetness, very smooth, mildly bitter finish. They use locally sourced wild Canadian plums, which make for a unique stone fruit profile. A hint of tart, balanced bitterness brings warmth and a touch of baking spice to the fresh fruit foundation.

Excellent in red sangrias, hot toddies, as a complement to bourbon and whiskey, or add a dash to an Aviation, Bramble or dark berry cocktail.
