Mr Black Cold Drip Coffee Liqueur 700ml

In 2012 Tom Baker and Philip Moore, lovers of all things coffee and booze, came together to launch a cold press coffee liqueur brand known simply as Mr Black.  Their aim was to take coffee “into the evening”. 

As the name says, Mr Black is well as black as ink. It is bitter and intense. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness.

Crafted in batches of 300 bottles at a small distillery in Erina on the NSW Central Coast, Mr Black uses cold-pressed specialty single-origin coffee beans from Ethiopia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea to craft this gold-medal winning liqueur.  Its production requires cold-extracting at very low temperatures, around 23C. The result is a less acidic brew without added flavours or preservatives.

The bottles are also works of art in and of themselves. As the bottle empties, an owl artwork is revealed.
