About Lyre's:

Lyre’s line of non-alcoholic spirits is made up of 13 mock spirits, including an absinthe, dry London gin, Highland malt whiskey, amaretto, triple sec, spiced rum and coffee liqueur.

Each offering is said to have a similar taste, bouquet and mouthfeel to its alcoholic equivalent, except with its own distinction, like any premium spirit.
