MAI TAI CLASSIC
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz syrup for cocktails Orgeade (Horchata) LAB
1/2 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz dark rum (Appleton V / X or 12 years)
3/4 oz rum Farm (St. James amber or white)
Quantity : 1 Preparation : 5 minutes Pour all the ingredients in the glass and add a first shovel of crushed ice. Mix with a spoon or a swizzle stick. Add crushed ice to fill the glass.Decoration : Insert a straw, decorate, eat.
MANGO MOCKTAIL ME
2 oz mango puree
1 oz syrup for cocktails Orgeade LAB
2 oz orange juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
Quantity : 1 Preparation : 5 minutes In a shaker, combine all the ingredients. Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a Hurricane glass over ice. Decoration : Decorate with a slice of orange with candied or fresh cherries.
