A project of pure passion that's taken years to perfect, Applewood finally did so with the assistance of Johnny Scott (Mighty Mighty Coffee) — who roasts beans sourced from Mexico, Brazil and Papua New Guinea to form a chocolate profiled espresso blend for this delicious liqueur.
A rich oaked vanilla and chocolate hit balanced by lemony acidity that levels out the sweetness needed to produce a balanced coffee liqueur.
